REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP (BANNER) IN TELUGU FILM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

  1. 1. Cost of Membership Application :   Rs.100/-
  2. 2. Amateur Film Maker Membership :   Rs.10,000/- *(D.D. to be obtained in favour of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce payable at Hyderabad). Yearly Renewal Amount :   Rs.1,000/- (31st March Renewal)
  3. 3. Life Membership :   Rs.30,000/- (Rs. 5,000/- Life Member Fee + Rs.25,000/- Building Fund) (Separate “2” D.Ds to be obtained in favour of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce payable at Hyderabad)
  4. 4. Three (3) Passport Size Colour Photographs of the Applicant.
  5. 5. Bio Data of the Applicant with Permanent Address and Telephone Numbers.
  6. 6. 1st Signature in the Application is always introduction by the Executive Committee Member and 2nd Signature in the Application Form from the Regular Member.
  7. 7.Proof of Identification (Copy of Aadhar Card) & Residential Address Proof (Copy of Voter Card, Passport, Landline Telephone Bill) and also submit a copies of PAN Card, 3 months Bank Statement and I.D. Proof with Signature of any one of your Family Members and any other one person, who is well known to the Applicant, a Xerox copy of Aadhar Card should be submitted with self-attestation.
  8. 8. Partnership Deed – (File Registration & Form-A, Form-C)
  9. 9. The Producer Sector Council Meeting will be held by every month on last week. The New Applicant has to attend the Interaction Session Meeting which will be conducted on the same day and prominent Film Producers will address in the meeting. In case, the New Applicant fails to attend the meeting, your application will not be processed and those Applications will be forwarded to the next meeting for approval.
  10. 10. In case of Partnership Firm concern, the names of all the Partners and their specimen signatures should be signed in the application and they should enclose a xerox copy of the Partnership Deed along with copy of Firm Registration. The copy of identification proofs with signatures of Other Partners also to be submitted.
  11. 11. In case of Limited Companies, the following documents required: a. A printed copy of the Articles and Memorandum of Association b. Xerox copy of the “Certificate of Incorporation” issued by the Registrar of the Companies.
  12. 12. The names of the Directors in the Company should be matched with the Membership Application Form as it was appeared in Articles & Memorandum of Association. In case of any differences found, an additional document needs to be submitted in regards to proof that there is change in Names of Directors in the Company and also required to submit a copy of Resolution to this effect.
